We initially take the details of your claim on the telephone or visit you at home. We build your case from the available information together with any investigation work required which we undertake at our own cost. We assess the merits of your claim and advise you of our findings.
After establishing your claim we will appoint a personal injury solicitor to act on your behalf. A specialist injury lawyer will be appointed for you to the conclusion of your case. The solicitor’s representative will arrange to visit you at home and explain the compensation process.
